Clean Design Hides Centralized 360 Degree Automation

This project is one of our favorites because it shows what is possible in a home. When the homeowners sought to build this new home in the North Rim neighborhood in Bend, they wanted no automation stone left unturned, so we created a high-tech centralized Control4 system that includes nearly everything. The “empty nester” couple enjoys a very clean, fully integrated Control4 system that includes comfort control, surveillance cameras, a dedicated JBL Synthesis media room, a fitness room, and media centers in all living spaces and bedrooms. The house has fully centralized lighting and comfort systems—even the Big Ass Fans are Wi-Fi enabled and controlled through the system. Crisp, clear music streams through the Sonance house audio system, adding to the home’s amazing array of entertainment technologies.
