Fully Automated Control4 Home with Finely Tuned Music Studio

This home in Bend’s North Cliff neighborhood was a full remodel project in partnership with DH Builders and Thomas Carson Designs. The real gem of the project is a custom built recording studio that was a blast to design and install. We fully isolated and sound proofed the room, and acoustically treated it to tune it to music. The homeowner can also arrange the panels behind the stretch for custom tuning when needed. The home, along with the detached guesthouse, had existing 15-year-old Control4 infrastructure that we revamped and modernized to bring it up to date and fully functional. The home and the guest home are both controlled with Control4 touchscreens and include automated lighting, a four-camera exterior surveillance system, stellar surround sound in the living room, new Sony televisions throughout, master bedroom sound bar with custom Leon covers, along with an outdoor fire pit and barbecue.
